Having undergone a major transformation, Tata Global Beverages was seeking greater employee engagement to drive business profitability.

They needed an internal platform to foster dialogue and debate amongst a global set of 'culture' champions who were acting as local engagement leaders. ModComms worked with the internal team to provide a simple, secure platform that could deliver these communication requirements across the world without requiring major infrastructure investment.
