Given the complexities of Covid, they asked us to design and run an engaging all-staff virtual conference. In a 12-week planning and execution process, our end-to-end service including presentation design, platform creation, video creation, coaching the leadership team, event branding, internal communications, provisioning of MC, fun activities for all staff and much more.
As the pandemic took hold, so we saw the first of a series of lockdowns. Uncertainty ruled, so as the UK’s authority on corporate finance matters, Sage asked us to create a suite of longform assets to help their SME and enterprise audience better prepare for the seismic changes we have all experienced. Our assets included the most downloaded of the quarter; we’re proud to have helped UK plc weather the Covid storm.
Virgin Media is one of the most recognisable British brands in the world and a pioneer in employee engagement. They approached ModComms for an outstanding asset which would create an exceptional first impression for new managers joining the company. We deployed our ‘PitchPack’ physical video product which included a series of short videos welcoming staff to the business. New leaders received their own PitchPack, delivered to their homes, prior to starting their employment. Feedback has been universally positive.
Accountancy and ERP software provider, Datel, invited ModComms to produce a series of thought leadership podcasts. Our team designed the format, sourced guests, produced the show and provided support content to help with promotion. The series has raised Datel’s profile in the market, positioned the business as a thought leader and created new, ongoing relationships.
ERP software provider, Epicor, commissioned ModComms to design and produce a lead generation asset using quality thought leadership. The ‘Factory of the Future’ campaign helped manufacturers to easily envision how manufacturing is set to change over the next 10 years. Assets included a printed infographic poster, animated video, a video podcast series and a landing page with a focused PPC campaign to drive interest. In its first month alone, the campaign generated 34 fresh enquiries with a market value of over £1.3M.
KFM is the procurement arm of Kings College Hospital. They approached us to create a campaign which would raise awareness of their contribution across the Trust and to private clients who will then indirectly fund NHS services. The ModComms team produced a content suite to meet the needs of a wide range of internal stakeholders with different degrees of engagement and technical skill. These included an animated video, PowerPoint presentation, cheatsheet and infographic poster. The project has been well received across the trust.
French corporate bank, Credit Agricole, approached us to help with a staff 'digital day'. They wanted an experience which would engage and enthuse staff with cutting edge digital technology. Through designing a fun, competitive experience, the day was transformed into a memorable shared experience for all.
Leading midmarket CRM software provider, Sugar, briefed ModComms to accelerate their Sales Enablement across the organisation. Our multi-disciplinary approach included a series of expert-led learning seminars for sales teams including YouTube and LinkedIn marketing (we also reviewed 35 individual team members’ profiles with forward recommendations); bespoke sales decks and collateral.
Sage, the UK's largest software business, asked us to develop an initiative which would support its Independent Software Vendor (ISV) community and at the same time engage with CXO roles in target midsized businesses. Our solution had three functions. Firstly, quality, co-branded content of which ISVs and Sage could all be proud. Second, it showed end customers that ISVs understood their customer challenges. And third, our content suite allowed Sage to act as 'statesman', elegantly bringing together nuanced viewpoints to solve C-Suite leaders' problems. 'Agility Unleashed' is an ongoing series of ongoing podcasts, backed up with videos, cheatsheets and other social media materials. To date, the series has been well received, with c1,000 regular listeners and engaged readers.
Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield commissioned ModComms founder, Matt O'Neill, to prepare and deliver a workshop for their European seminar in Barcelona. Backed up by designer and illustrator, Rita, Matt delivered the workshop to 70 account managers, exploring the future of retail within a commercial context. The workshop helped European teams prioritise their challenges and capitalise on future commercial wins. Feedback was exceptional.
